[Mulgara-dev] Fixing transactions.

I am on the help-to-review list too.

I'm trying to track down my notes on the transaction code from last  
fall. I used AquaMinds NoteTaker at the time. I didn't transfer it  
over to my new PowerBook last fall though so I'm not sure I will be  
able to recover them. <doh!>
