i registered to add my own humble RPi-Tutorials, but as i browsed through the hub and the tuts......

Is it desireable to Update the whole section (test links, build categories,...)?

Do whatever makes the most sense. If there's a structure that you're adding to, then stick with the structure. But if you're adding brand new stuff, update the whole section.
